The location was perfect for a night out in lapa, but my room had some issues with the air conditioner and water leak. I did get a room change eventually, but the internet was poor in the second room.

My first room was beside the kitchen, noisy and had a leaky tap. The second room on the 9th floor had poor internet and another noisy air conditioner.

I had a fantastic time in Rio during Carnival! The hotel's location was amazing, right in the centre of downtown which was a really amazing experience during carneval. The breakfast was lovely and the staff were super friendly.

Great location for exploring Lapa, and the hotel itself was pretty clean. Breakfast was good, but the checkout process wasn't ideal.

Check-in was super friendly, but checkout was a bit inflexible. They wouldn't let me leave my car a couple of hours past the checkout time even when I offered to pay extra.
